I'll start...  If I miss a few days of practice, I feel it!  In every corner of my being.  My body craves the healing and the positive energy.  When I don't practice, even a simple Savasana, my body lets me know.

Hello, All! 

I’m so excited to be here. Ever since I began studying and practicing yoga, I knew that I wanted to learn yin. The instructional videos and the on-demand videos are incredibly well done. 

You likely won’t see me in any lives until Thanksgiving break as I am a school nurse. I am really looking forward to that.

It has been such a blessing this year to bring yoga and meditation to my faculty and staff. Now that I practice regularly, I wonder how I got by day to day without it, and I want to learn more so that I can pass on the knowledge to others. 

I am honored to be on this journey with you all.

Glad to be a part of the community. YourYogaFlow has a special place in my heart from the trainings I have received. People that know me make comments like, "You are so calm." "Do you ever get mad?" Perhaps some of you have had similar comments. Yoga helps me connect back to myself and gives me the strength, stamina, encouragement and an awareness I can take off of my mat into my everyday life. Some days my personal practice is a longer walk in nature, a short practice on my mat or even using visualization/meditation and connecting with my breath.

I really love this new platform and online community. Yoga and meditation both help to keep me grounded and calm. In times of stress or anxiety it is the one thing that I know will always make me feel better both mentally and physically. I just wish I carved out more time for it!

Hello! I love this invitation… My yoga practise really helps ground me and move energy. Although I don’t always have time to get a big practise in (well, to be honest- even a little practise feels hard sometimes), I have been consistent with my meditation! When I don’t meditate I notice that the most, more so than a missed yoga session.
