As a back pain sufferer I have real enjoyed the Back Pain videos (for myself and for ideas to use with students) and this has reminded me that it’s time to do them again! Thank you

Thank you Nancy - I often return to this practice when my back is sore and it’s just what I need to re set my back and ease discomfort.
