Great to be reminded of those fabulous neck and shoulder stretches - encourages me to do them daily for myself and also to introduce them to my yoga students.

Hi Ricky - this was a really great class and was so interesting to notice how different my hips felt/behaved. So good to have permission to work with what my body could do and to enjoy the greater range of movement in my good hip and accept the limitations of my arthritic hip!  Nice pace and really clear to follow. 

Joanna Griffin yep I’m really using it more now and loving being able to pick and choose what feels right at the time I need it.

Thank you Angela - this was a truly beautiful practice and I loved having the time to focus on gratitude in so many different ways. Your calming voice always makes me feel good.

Thank you Nancy - I often return to this practice when my back is sore and it’s just what I need to re set my back and ease discomfort.

Thank you Andrea for a lovely grounding practice - great pace and clear guidance. I wish Malasana was something my body could access...I made my own adjustments though as I often do!  Looking forward to tomorrow...

As a back pain sufferer I have real enjoyed the Back Pain videos (for myself and for ideas to use with students) and this has reminded me that it’s time to do them again! Thank you
