We hope this season brings you ease, rest, and spaciousness. As we approach the holidays, we want to share our student support schedule so you know what to expect over the coming days.

Our support team will be away from December 21 to December 26.

We will return briefly on 29th & 30th to assist with general support needs.

We will then be away again on December 31st and January 1st.

Our team will be back in full swing on Friday January second.

During our time away, no messages or emails will be checked. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as this period allows our team to rest and recharge.

EVERYONE deserves a moment to pause, and we are grateful for the space to do so.

Dear Your Yoga Flow Family,

With the arrival of a new year comes a new chapter. Beginning January 1st, Your Yoga Flow will be guided forward by three incredible leaders you already know and love ~ Juan Villegas, Joanna Griffin, and Mark Atherton. Their vision, wisdom, and devotion have long been woven into the fabric of this community, and after 15 years, I am deeply honoured to pass the torch into their caring hands. You will continue to see all the familiar faces... Daniel in support, Angela in your favourite classes and many more!

For me, this is both a moment of farewell and a celebration. As I step into new adventures, I carry with me the immeasurable gifts you’ve all given me. Together, we’ve shared joy, weathered challenges ~ including my own cancer journey, and built something far greater than any one of us. You have shown me the true meaning of resilience, compassion, and community.

This is not the end of the story, but a beautiful continuation. With Juan, Joanna, and Mark leading the way, I know Your Yoga Flow will continue to blossom... inspiring, supporting, and transforming lives around the world.
