Gilbert, thank you very much for this progressive practice. I suffer from chronic pain through my entire upper body and asanas have been a life saver. Sometimes jumping right into downward dog is not beneficial for me for example. Your progression from opening to close was perfection for my body. Thank you again so much! 🙏🏻
