Hello Everyone! We had the power cut out at the end of my Live Class today, just as we went into Savasana! I hope those of you who were there managed to enjoy some time resting and relaxing after a fun, gentle Vinyasa class! We will post the recording, but will make note to add time for Savasana at the end. Such is the nature of technology!
