You will find this lecture in the first section of your course. This video lecture will give you all the information you need to access the studio platform, purchase your subscription and allow you to begin watching LIVE sessions.

For the 200 Hour, 300 Hour, 500 Hour, Restorative, Yin, Children's and Prenatal programs, LIVE Session attendance is mandatory for certification.

Some things to note:

1. The choice of which sessions to watch is entirely up to you. It is important that you watch the necessary number of LIVE Sessions from start to finish.

   
   

2. Should exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending a specific LIVE Session, a replay option is available. However, under normal conditions, you are expected to watch the sessions live. You do not need to advise us if you are watching a replay, as we have full access to your viewing history.

4. Before issuing any certificates, we check each student's viewing history to confirm they have met the LIVE Session requirements.

   
   

5. Upon requesting a certificate and paying the related fee, we will review all the information. If you haven't fulfilled all the requirements, the fee will not be returned, and you'll need to reapply once you have met all the criteria.

In exceptional circumstances, such as being in a remote location with poor streaming capabilities or facing childcare challenges, you may view a replay after the Live session concludes.

However, this is an exception and not the norm. We strongly encourage attending LIVE sessions, in real time whenever feasible.

As yoga emphasizes ethics and integrity, we trust our students to honour this provision responsibly.

Please note that we validate all session attendance when certificates are requested.

The criteria for live sessions are outlined below:

• 200 Hour - 5 Live Sessions (in total, not for each part)

  
  

• 300 Hour - 7 Live Sessions (in total, not for each part)

  
  

• 500 Hour - 8 Live Sessions (in total, not for each part)

  
  

• 100 Hour Children's - 4 Live Sessions (in total, not for each part)

  
  

• 85 Hour Prenatal - 4 Live Sessions (in total, not for each part)

  
  

• 50 Hour Yin - 3 Live Sessions

  
  

• 50 Hour Restorative - 3 Live Sessions

Mandatory Class Logging:

• Your Responsibility: You are required to manually keep a log of all classes you attend. This is crucial because our system does not automatically provide a list to students. We will ask for the details when you apply for certification.

We are unable to conduct preliminary checks for students due to the large volume of enrollments we handle. With thousands of students, such an approach is not practical for us.

  
  

• Certification Requirement: Remember, attending certain live classes is mandatory for the program. Your certification depends on this.

To successfully complete this course ~ whether you are pursuing Full Certification or Full CE credits, or just wanting the basic Udemy certificate ~ you are required to finish all course components.

This includes the Business of Yoga module (there is an instructional lecture in your course), which is offered exclusively through the GOYA Academy as part of our standing as a Certified Yoga School.

For this reason, enrollment with GOYA is mandatory. There is no alternative pathway, as registration ensures you complete every element of the program as designed. This requirement was clearly stated before purchase and reiterated immediately after enrollment.

Within each course, towards its conclusion, there's a section titled "Certificate Request."

Please follow the instructions within the course lecture to successfully request a school certificate. For all school certificate requests, a fee will apply.

We process certificate requests every Thursday, covering all requests received up to and including the end of the day on Wednesday.

The sole exception is during weeks with a holiday; in such cases, processing times are extended by 2 business days.

If the expected processing time has elapsed, and you haven't received your certificate, the following are typical reasons:

1. Check your SPAM or JUNK folders. There's a good chance they ended up there.

   
   

2. Have you paid the certificate fee? We cannot process any requests until the certificate fee has been paid. Any unpaid requests will be removed after 7 business days. Additionally, we do not individually contact students regarding this, as the guidelines provided in the course(s) are explicit.

   
   

3. Did you fill in the form to make the formal request for your certificate? If not, we would have no information to process. Please return to your course and review the section called "Certificate Request."

This aspect is managed by Udemy, and we do not have access to anyone's Udemy certificate(s).

When you have completed your Udemy course, you will receive your certificate directly from Udemy, digitally.

How to download your certificate of completion:

1. When all the curriculum items of a course have been completed, the trophy above the course player will change color, and you will see a notification indicating the certificate of completion is ready.

2. Click on the trophy. Then, click Get Certificate to view the certificate.
