How do I reset my password?

On the Login page, click sign in with password and then click on set new password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions.


The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the email, click Reset Password, and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.


If you have trouble remembering your password, you can also use our Passwordless Login option by requesting a Sign-In Link on the same page.

How do I access the catalog?
Once you sign into your account, navigate the Catalog section (or equivalent section name) in the top menu to access all of our videos.
Can I download videos to save them to my device?

No, our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account.


If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.

Can I create multiple accounts with the same email address?
No, each email address can only be associated with one account. If you believe you already have an account and can’t remember the login details, please use the Forgot Password link.
How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?

To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.


Cancelling your membership to the online studio is YOUR responsibility. Due to privacy regulations, we are unable to access your account details. Just as with services like Netflix or Amazon Prime, only you have the authority to cancel your subscription. We simply adhere to these regulations. Please review our refund & cancellation policy.


Please note that once you cancel, any future pricing changes will apply, regardless of your initial promotional rate.

How do I change my membership plan or update my billing information?
To change your membership plan or update your billing information, sign into your account and click Profile at the top right. Then, select Purchases. To change your membership plan, click on Manage Plan under the Membership section and follow the prompts to switch to a different option. To update your billing information, click on Change Payment Method under the Payment Method section and enter your new billing details.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
How do I purchase a gift subscription?
To purchase a gift subscription, scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click “Buy a Gift Card” in the footer. You’ll need to log into your account or create one if you don’t already have one. Then, select the subscription or bundle you’d like to gift, choose the duration of the gift, and complete your purchase by entering your payment details. After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email with the gift code, and a shareable link that you can send to your recipient.
How do I redeem a gift subscription?
To redeem a gift subscription, use the link shared with you by the gift sender. Clicking the link will automatically apply the gift to your account. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one.

What does it mean when the message "site connection not secure" appears?

If you're encountering a "connection not secure" notification while accessing the platform, it's often related to certain antivirus or security software settings on your device. These security tools can occasionally flag websites or platforms due to various reasons, even when they're safe. Our site is 100% SSL Secured.


We recommend checking your antivirus or security software settings. If the site is being blocked or flagged, consider adding it to your software's "safe" or "whitelist." This should help you access it without further security prompts. Always ensure you're keeping your security settings updated and optimized for a balance between safety and seamless browsing.


Alternatively, you can click on "Advanced" or a similar option to bypass the warning and continue to the site. This is a quicker workaround.

Why am I experiencing buffering or playback issues?
Buffering or playback issues are often related to your internet connection. We recommend a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for smooth streaming. You can also try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or clearing your cache.

  • Online studio streaming purchases are auto renewing subscriptions.

  • After your 7 day trial ends, your credit card will be automatically charged on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

  • Your subscription will renew automatically each cycle unless cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Your Yoga Flow Studio is not required to provide notice of an upcoming renewal.

  • You may cancel your studio subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription in your profile.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to complete the cancellation process.

  • Once processed, all sales (new and renewing) are final. 

  • No refunds are provided for any reason.

In App Purchases

If you subscribed through the App, your subscription is with that third-party (Apple, Google Play). Please visit the app store where your subscription is managed for their specific refund policy and guidelines.We are not able to cancel your in-app subscription.

Clear, Fair & Transparent Policy

Our refund and renewal policy was clearly outlined in the initial purchase email you received AND before you ever entered any payment information. As reasonable consumers, we expect that you understand the terms of your purchase when this information is provided upfront and you are given every opportunity to review it.

We are a small business, and refunding every request that happens "a day too late" or just after a payment has processed is simply not reasonable. If we made exceptions like this, there would be no clear boundary for what the policy is. Large platforms like Netflix or Prime Video wouldn’t offer refunds under these circumstances - and we operate under similar guidelines to keep things fair and sustainable.

We also want to clarify that saying, "I didn’t know this was a recurring subscription" is not a valid reason for a refund. The recurring nature of the subscription is clearly stated at every step of the purchase process. Choosing not to read or review the details before purchasing is ultimately the consumer's responsibility.
